This model consists of three pieces (walls, roof and seperate door piece), cast in Jesmonite resin and supplied unpainted. This building has a matching footprint with 'The Backhouse', and as such can be used as a second storey for that building by not attaching the supplied porch (see photo of two-storey configuration, wall section of the Backhouse NOT included). Alternatively the porch can be attached to represent a ground-level structure - use blue tack or similar to be able to do both!

Whilst every care is taken to create a perfect cast, minor imperfections are occasionally encountered which may require filling etc, for these reasons this model is recommended for those with some hobby skills.
